Premier Financial Planning, Inc. (“PFPI”) is a Registered
Investment Adviser located in New Jersey and registered with the
New Jersey Bureau of Securities (NJBOS). PFPI may only transact
business in those states in which it is registered, or qualifies
for an exemption or exclusion from registration requirements. Currently,
PFPI is registered in New Jersey and qualifies for a registration
exemption in many other states. PFPI may service clients
in those states so long as the addition of such a client does
not require registration. In the event that a client from a state
other than New Jersey wishes to utilize the services of PFPI,
PFPI will confirm the applicability of the exemption or seek registration
in the client’s home state.

information pertaining to its financial planning and investment
